On N3 from Pretoria or Sandton:

Travel south on the N3 to the Gillooly's interchange. At Gillooly's interchange take the R24 / N12 to Witbank / O R Tambo International Airport. Keep right and pass under the suspension bridge. Take the N12 in the direction of Witbank (don't take the N24 to O R Tambo International Airport) Keep left and take the next exit (M37 Edenvale Rd) Turn right into Edenvale Rd / M37. Pass under the motorway. Cross over two sets of traffic lights and keep right. Curve right onto North Reef Rd. Keep right at the next traffic light into Riley Road. Proceed down Riley Road for 800 meters and turn right into Eastwood Office Park. Enter the office park and keep left. Alere Healthcare is the fourth office building on the left hand side.

On N3 from Heidelburg:

Take the N3 North Pass "Van Buuren Road" off-ramp. At Gilloolys interchange take the N12 / R24 to O R Tambo International Airport / Witbank. Keep right and pass under the suspension bridge. Take the N12 in the direction of Witbank (don't take the N24 to O R Tambo International Airport) Keep left and take the next exit (M37 Edenvale Rd) Turn right into Edenvale Rd / M37. From JHB travel east on M2 in the direction of O R Tambo International Airport. M2 leads into the N3. Pass "Van Buuren Road" off-ramp. Take the N12 in the direction of Witbank (don't take the N24 to O R Tambo International Airport) Keep left and take the next exit (M37 Edenvale Rd) Turn right into Edenvale Rd / M37. On R21 from Pretoria:

Take the R21 in the direction of Johannesburg. At Johannesburg Airport merge onto the R24 to Johannesburg. Pass the Isando off-ramp. Take the next exit: M37 / Edenvale Rd. Turn left into Edenvale Rd / M37. Cross over two sets of traffic lights and pass under the N12 motorway. Cross over another two sets of traffic lights and keep right. Curve right onto North Reef Rd. Keep right at the next traffic light into Riley Road. Proceed down Riley Road for 800 meters and turn right into Eastwood Office Park. Enter the office park and keep left. On N12 from Witbank:

Take the N12 in the direction of Johannesburg. Take the M37 / Edenvale Rd exit. Turn left into Edenvale Rd / M37. Cross over one set of traffic lights and keep right. Curve right onto North Reef Rd. Keep right at the next traffic light into Riley Road. Proceed down Riley Road for 800 meters and turn right into Eastwood Office Park. Enter the office park and keep left.
